Two DeepShip science vessels have been seen or mentioned in Space Quest 6:
- DeepShip 12, only mentioned in the story of the Birdman of DeepShip 12.
- DeepShip 86, a Transwarp-Class Starship where a large amount of the game takes place (also featured in SQ6 Demo).
